Brain Trauma sometimes accompanying the external injury of other parts, breaking etc. such as the bone fracture, the internal organs of the liver harm, so the processing Brain Trauma should notice particularly.
Brain Trauma has a collapsed and fainted time behind, having no intention after getting hurt , confused mind, have two kinds of circumstances:
一 Very short collapsed and fainted time, awake from several minutes to 30 minutes, mostly is concussion of brain;some without collapsed and fainted but lose the ex- affairs memory, called the treacherous acts. this member should absolutely lie on the bed, and receive tight observation, because a handful of wound member at this awake period have the swollen blood inside the skull ,oppress the brain organization collapsed and fainted, demand emergency treatment. for the awake wound member have headache symptom and can be given dehydration to cure because of the brain dropsy, the slight headache symptom sometimes will maintain 12 months, need not be nervous, hereafter will disappear gradually.
二collapsed and fainted and hasn't been awake, mean the brain bruise, the brai harm, internal bleeding of skullor brain the stem hurt, to send to hospital and receive treatment.
Give first aid measure:
Send to hospital ,make the patient even to lie upside, throwing away the pillow, change head direction one side, prevent from the food inhaled the windpipe when vomit, which lead to suffocate.Even do not knead that the person wins or waves the head in order to awake the patient, thus anti- degree that will aggravate the brain harm and bleed.The skin of head blood vessel is abundant, bleeding easily after break, it looks very distress, but use a piece of gauze to suppress by hand only.
